Homonym was founded during the pandemic as a hobby, much like how others turned to baking or crochet. What started as an idea for a side hustle after losing our cafe jobs turned in to the most fun experimenting in creating craft coffee from our kitchen.
With over 10 years of experience working as Baristas we got to try countless different coffees by hundreds of different roasters. We have tasted, talked about and dialed in so many times!! (Iykyk) and it's the most fun being able to do that now roasting our own coffee! Trying different techniques, roasting processes and brewing methods to achieve the most memorable experience. Our focus providing delicious beans, inspiring creativity and maintaining a not-so-serious approach. We always say coffee is our fav part of the day- we go to bed excited for tomorrow mornings cup.. It shouldn't be stressful- it should be awesome.
